1. Free Standard Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment.
Note: Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship through major carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
The specific carrier is chosen based on your location and package size/weight.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number in your mail once your order has been shipped.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- High-volume seasons (e.g., holidays)
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Promatrix LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If this happens, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Contact us if you’re still unable to locate the package
